Can I wear these to bed and have sweet dreams?

Absolutely! Our Cupersleeve has been used by night owls who love to sleep with them on. But, these sleeves were made predominantly for intermittent use and hot/cold therapy sessions to soothe discomfort, pain, or swelling. Keep them on for the recommended 10-20 minutes for maximum benefit.

Can I dunk my Cupersleeve in an ice bath during the big game?

Submerging the compression sleeves in ice water is a no-no - it's not a good look for anyone. 


Here's a better idea: grab a zip lock bag (easily found at your local grocery store or kitchen) and seal that baby up tight. Then, pop in your sleeve for an ice-cold soak. Just what the doctor ordered!

Why does the Cupersleeve only chill for 20 minutes?

At Cupersleeve, we believe in keeping things short and sweet - especially when it comes to cold therapy. That's why we made sure the Cupersleeve only stays cool for the physician-approved 10-15 minutes. Don't worry, you'll still get all the benefits of a cold water therapy session without any of the fuss.


This also protects your skin from getting the dreaded "ice burn." So, it's a win-win situation!

How long should I freeze my Cupersleeves? Can I just grab them when I'm ready to use them?

To get the most out of your Cupersleeves, we suggest giving them at least 2 hours to chill in the freezer.


But, if you're in a rush, feel free to store them in the freezer for as long as you like and just grab them when you're ready to rock and roll. 

Can I use Cupersleeve for heat therapy like other products?

Of course! The Cupersleeves are versatile and can be heated too. Simply pop them in the microwave for a minute and you're all set to enjoy some heat therapy.

To keep your Cupersleeves in tip-top shape, we suggest air drying. They're made from an ultra-gel that's 100% leakproof and non-toxic, so it's best to avoid washing them in a machine which could potentially cause damage.

Why do the Cupersleeves feel heavy?

Cupersleeve was intentionally created this way to provide you with deep pressure compression therapy in addition to hot/cold therapy.

Is shipping in Aus free? How long does it take?

Yes, it is! We offer free shipping Australia-wide. 


Inside Australia:


Free shipping is 7-10 business days

Standard shipping is 3-6 business days

Express shipping is 1-2 business days


If you are purchasing outside of Australia, shipping will be charged at checkout and be dependent on location and weight. Please allow 10-14 business days for arrival.

Can I adjust the delivery location for my Cupersleeve?

Uh oh, Cupersleeve ending up at the wrong doorstep? No problem! As long as your order hasn't set sail, simply send us the updated information and we'll make the necessary changes with a snap of our fingers.


If it has already embarked on its journey, fear not! You can still redirect it using the tracking link found in the shipping confirmation email we'll send your way.

Do you ship globally?

Absolutely, our Cupersleeves love to see the world! Our standard international shipping price varies depending on the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout. Just a heads up, your local post office will be in charge of the delivery once it arrives in your country.

Can I track my order?

Definitely. After you place your order you will be sent an order confirmation email. We will then get your order prepped and ready to send. Once we send, we'll send through your tracking details and you'll be able to track your sleeves all the way to your doorstep!

My order has gone missing, what do I do?

No need to fret, my friend! Although we aim to stick to schedule, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If your delivery is running a little late, your tracking information might show an updated delivery date.


If you haven't received your order within the expected time, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll launch a full-scale investigation with our shipping experts to get to the bottom of it. Why isn't my discount code working?

Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here are some common reasons why a coupon code might not be working:

• The code has expired. Make sure to check the expiration date on the code before trying to use it.

• The code has already been used. Most of our discount codes are one time use, so if you've already used it, it won't work again.

• The order doesn't meet the minimum requirement. Some discount codes have a minimum order amount that must be met in order to use the code.

 If you're asking yourself "Where's my package?" don't fret just yet! Our fulfillment squad moves quickly to get your order out the door, but once it's in the hands of the courier, it's out of our control. However, we're here to help you track it down! Here's what you can do:

• First things first, check with the folks you live with, or maybe a neighbor, to see if they snagged it for you.

• Give your front porch and any other potential hiding spots a quick once over. Sometimes the delivery person will tuck your package out of sight to keep it safe, especially if it doesn't require a signature.

• If your package isn't hanging out with your loved ones, reach out to the courier using the tracking number from our shipping confirmation email. They may have accidentally marked it as delivered, but it could still be in their possession.

• If all else fails, get in touch with our service team and let them know your order has gone MIA. We'll do our best to track it down and make sure you receive it as soon as possible!
